Anya-Deane is a partner at O'Flynn Weese. Her practice includes estate planning and estate administration. She advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries, and works closely with a number of local financial planners to ensure the client’s estate plan is comprehensive and practical, and carefully considers family relationships to reduce any potential for conflict. She has acted as executor for sizable estates with international beneficiaries. She also works closely with the O’Flynn Weese litigation team on estate litigation matters, and has successfully represented clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, establishing important case law for limitation periods in a passing of accounts.

Anya-Deane has presented at conferences for the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association, and is a regular speaker about estate issues on behalf of local banks, financial planners and community groups, including the Chamber of Commerce, Belleville Police Service, Quinte Estate Planning Council, Women’s Sales and Ad Club of Belleville, and the Quinte Coordinating Committee against Violence. She is also active on a number of local not-for-profit boards and fundraising committees.
